Ethiquête is our favorite place to shop for food. It is located in Aubusson, and there we can find a number of Bio (organic) products which we love : fresh products, pasta, quality conserves, foods in bulk (rice, lentils, chick peas, etc...), not to mention their delicious desserts and delicacies.
Morgane and Fabien are nature lovers and are conscientious about the ethical transparency of their suppliers.
They offer an interesting alternative to the super market.

The reknown quality of the water of Felltin is the first element that gives this beer all its quality, then comes the quality of the other products, and of course, the know-how, love and care that Alessio puts in making it.
You'll find it in some stores around Felltin and Aubusson, and it is sold on the market of Aubusson on saturdays, and on that of Felletin on fridays.

Samuel Zimmermann is a wood turner who lives in the wonderfull region of Vercors, which hosts the widest natural reservationof France.
On his blog, you can admire the fruits of his wood turning as well as the specific woods he knows, but you can also have make a virtual walk into the Vercors plateau, and discover some wild plants you can eat as salad.
