• PAYMENT
You can pay upon ordering, either by cheque or postal order, or by credit card (through Paypal).
In case you are paying by cheque, please order your cheque to the order of STEPHAN Waël (and not BIJOUX DE CREUSE) and send it to the following adress :

• HOW TO ORDER
At the bottom of the page of each product you want to order, click on [select] (Your browser should accept cookies while doing this) Then, when you're done selecting the products you want, click, at the bottom of any page, on [see my selection]
Begin by choosing the country of delivery, which will calculate shipping costs. Complete then the order sheet by entering your personnal data, then select your mode of payment.
When all this is done, click on "ORDER". Your order will be sent to shipment 24 hours after we receive your payment.
• DELIVERY DELAY
Some of our products are stored in a safe at the bank, so there will be a delay of one extra day for the delivery of these.
• SPECIAL ORDERS
If you wish to have a jewel or an object custom-made as per your own ideas, desires or inspiration, do not hesitate and contact me. Delay for such orders are generally long, but I will do my best to earn your satisfaction.
• GARANTEE
The jewels and products of this site are garanteed one year in case of manufacture defect, and will be repaired or replaced, except for the cases of stone breakage.
In some cases, the garantee could be extended over a year.
More specifically, wooden jewels that are not varnished may be subject to cracking in cases of strong variations of temperature and humidity.
Anyway, whatever the problem that may occur, do not hesitate to contact me, I wish to leave no client insatisfied.
• DELIVERY FEES
Postal delivery outside of France :
For purchases less than or equal to 100€, packages are sent by registered priority mail at a standard fee of 5,50 €.
For purchases over 100€, items are shipped with "colissimo international" (french post service) at a fee of 15,60 € plus 0.38 € for insurance for each unit of value of 76,22 €.
I do not offer payment on delivery outside of France.
Postal delivery - France :
value 1 to 30 € => 4,13 €
value 31 to 50 € => 7.60 €
value 51 to 200 € => 8.50 €
value 201 to 400 € => 9.70 €
value 401 to 600 € => 10.90 €
value 601 to 800 € => 12.10 €
Explanation :
For purchases less than or equal to 30 €, packages are sent by registered priority mail at a standard fee of 4,13 €. This is the price of the french post for a weight of 100 grams. Over this weight, I will pay any surcharge.
For purchases over 30 €, packages are sent by Collissimo Recommandé (Registered Mail) and the fee is determined by the value of the product. These fees are based on a maximum weight of 500 grams. Over this weight, I will pay any surcharge.
Products "Paid on Delivery" are sent with standard additionnal fee of 6.50 €.
